If te discussion list of TalkOverlay (talk page feature) is longer then the
browser window (which results in a scroll bar) and you open a discussion, you
can still scroll and see the discussion list at the bottom.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open a pake with a talk page, which includes much discussions
- Open one discussion
- scroll down
