The installer should let users know what they need to do if they want to use
content or templates from Wikipedia or other WMF wikis. Specifically, the
following:
* License their wiki as CC-BY-SA
* Install the Cite, ParserFunctions, and Scribunto extensions (virtually all
WMF content will need these 3 extensions)
* Depending on the content, install the EasyTimeline, ImageMap, Math, and/or
Poem extensions (just by telling them what to look for in the pages, nothing
complicated like some sort of scanner)
Currently, a lot of users install their wiki with no extensions, and the
support desk on why <ref> and {{#if}} aren't working for them, since they work
on Wikipedia. (And most of these users are technically violating our copyright,
breaching both the BY and the SA portion of CC-BY-SA.)
