iOS pinch/Zoom does not function at article contents or image contents. This
has accessibility implications, and the latter is important for certain types
of detailed image content (charts and maps) that simply cannot be usably
accessed without being able zoom in in some manner.
This appears to be related to 34293 which is marked as fixed, but that bug is
listed as Android only, and I'm only testing on iOS 8.
This was tested with whatever version was in the App Store on September 17,
2014.
