            Bug ID: 71013
Summary: Local and global images should be distinguishable
                    using a CSS class
           Product: MediaWiki
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Unprioritized
         Component: Interface
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected], [email protected]
       Web browser: ---
   Mobile Platform: ---

It if needed for metapedical work to know easily whether the image you see is
in local wiki or in shared repo (on Commons for WMF wikis) so you can see
probable nonfree images misuses and so on. I use a makeshift badly written
script imitating such a thing <
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Base/highlightLocalImgs.js > but it would
be loads better if I'd just have some mw-img-local mw-img-shared or whatsoever
called CSS classes to be used via simple CSS styles.
