Originally from a question in IRC.
A user asked how to link to a file with "'' ''" in its name, and I found out a
little trick to use [[:File:Some ''bug''.jpg]]. But such page
names cause some user interface messages to be broken. See
[[commons:Special:WhatLinksHere/File:Denys_Savchenko_''Pentecoste''.jpg]].
