When rendering this article, I noticed, that the reference number 3 (after "…
an der Universität Genf") is not rendered in the PDF.
source code is
"… an der [[Universität Genf]].<ref name="Dormael-CHE-2004" /> Im Jahr… "
Perhaps there is problem in the collection renderer with forward references, I
don't know.
Interesting is, that the reference list differs totally:
* 7 "Einzelnachweise" in the Web page
* 20 "Einzelnachweise" in the collection PDF
Strange. Pls. fix it.
