Hello,
Currently, on Hebrew Wikibooks, the right 'unwatchedpages' which allows users
to access the page "Special:UnwatchedPages", is available only for
administrators ('sysop' group).
Please add the right 'unwatchedpages' for users in the 'patroller' group, so
they will also be able to see the unwatched pages list.
