From Jeff Green: "I noticed that logging changed around 9/11 in a way that
broke syslog collation into /var/log/ocg.log. Before that date we had ident
strings like "mw-ocg-bundler" or "mw-ocg-latexer" and now it's all
"/usr/bin/nodejs-ocg"."
