Nothing that needs a fix, as the files have not been productionized,
but just so we have a place to track:
kafkatee is no longer producing files for /a/log/webrequest on
stat1002 since 2014-09-18. Last file there is from 2014-09-18.
This is to debug kafkatee issues (See bug 71056).
