I was shown a message on wikipedia which stated I had a message, clicking on it
took me to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:86.134.175.107
I am on a personal computer in my house and have never performed these changes,
further investigation into this IP address shows that it is scottish (Glasgow)
yet I am in Belfast.
Duplicate IP address??
