To reproduce this go to any page and start decreasing the width of your browser
window. At some point the "view history" will go in the drop-down-menu (that's
nice), but eventually the "Read" tab will disappear behind discussion.
Instead a minimal width should be forced, causing the browser's horizontal
scrollbar to appear.
