We have:
LanguageDetails['zh-Hant'] = new Array( "維基媒體基金會", "錯誤" );
LanguageDetails['zh-Hans'] = new Array( "维基媒体基金会", "错误" );
in that page, but all Chinese Wikimedia projects use 'zh' as their language
codes, so Chinese will never be auto-selected.
