Steps to reproduce:
1.Insert 3 citation notes next to a text
2.Now select the 3rd one
3.Select the second one and edit it
4.Select the first one and edit it
5.Again select the 3rd one to edit it
Observed Result:
"TypeError: this.$documentNode is undefined" appears in the console.

This happens in Firefox only.
