It would be good to add a option in page [[Special:EditWatchlist]] to clean out
watchlist by removing all pages which are redirects. I have over 10.000 pages
in watchlist and about 20% of them are redirects so manually it's problematic
to do this. Also, you can add a checkbox for removing once all deleted pages
(red links) from wathclist.
