With gettingstartedtasktoolbar, and 68577e878ed1276281c8aa5eefa7f82ef34c67a8 of
GettingStarted (still using the old tour format), it does not currently log the
action of the next buttons, making it invalid. That means it won't make it to
the database.
This applies to the first three steps of

However, I think this is an error in GuidedTour, rather than GettingStarted.
