1. Watch SomeFlow board
2. Get notification of "N new topics on SomeFlow board"
3. Mark it read somehow.
4. Wait for days, during which there are lots of new topics.
Result: the bundled notification changes to, e.g. "17 new topics on SomeFlow
board 1 hour ago"
But it's still in gray, unread.
I think newer topics on the board after you mark "NN new topics" as read should
result in a new unread notification, and this new notification should
increment. If you've read something it shouldn't change.
