I was looking for
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Gerrit/Commit_message_guidelines but I can't
remember the exact page name. I typed "Commit message guideline" for a search
but results contain nothing useful

There is some search suggestion, but it appears that it treats "guideline" as a
typo of "guidelines", not its singular form (so they're not indexed together).
