instead of having javascripts/common and less/common we should simply but the
files in these folders in javascripts/ and less/ respectively.
This will make them more visible and a level up from the modules folder and
help with the mental model that these files are available and should be used
wherever possible.
This is something Juliusz wanted for ages we should do it in his honour ;-)
