One of the most common uses of [[Special:AllMessages]] is to identify a
specific interface message that one wishes to review or edit.
The interface contains thousands of messages, often quite hgard to find. No
canonical name structure exists and if one did then even so few people except
MW coders would know it - it's not that often most users want to review or
modify an interface message.
Request is that [[Special:AllMessages]] is enhanced to have a "text" filter,
which brings up all messages having that text in either the default or current
message.
