At https://metrics.wmflabs.org/static/public/dash/, if you load a metrics view,
the title is conveniently a link to the definition of that metric at meta. The
link, however, is black text with no underline. In other words, the fact that
it is a link is hidden from the user. This is bad UI design. The link should
either be underlined, be blue, or both, so that users can easily discover it.
