I'm not sure what MMV's definition of description is.

(this is most common format across all of Wikipedia and Commons)
Yet, the viewer renders as "No description available."
I thought maybe it was because it didn't have {{en|}} for multilingual
description values, but – while those seem to work in MMV – a different file
did work:

Might be related to the section header, or the Information template on
en.wikipedia.org vs. commons.wikimedia.org
