I can consistently reproduce this on Safari 7.1 on Mac OS X 10.9.5.
After resizing, the dialog shrinks to the appropriate size.
Since the dialog is not actually initialised as meant-to-be fullscreen, the
buttons are not moved to more appropriate places and thus Cancel is all the way
at the bottom.
