TASK DESCRIPTION **Narrative** As a user, I want structured metadata for media files, stored in machine-readable way on Commons, so it is easier to view, search, edit, curate and use. As Multimedia and Wikidata team members, we can plan all the steps required to make this possible, so that we know what to do, who will do it and how long it will take. **Acceptance Criteria** Prepare a product and engineering plan for what needs to be done over time, and how we will work with Wikidata on this project.
