Summary: The 'default' parameter of the 'free text' 'standard
input' form markup tag has no effect

For example:
{{{standard input|free text|default=Test}}}
fails to add the text 'Test' into the resulting field. The same effect can be
achieved using using the 'preload' parameter, however, if the behaviour of the
'default' parameter isn't going to be fixed, the docs should be updated.
Also, I think it would be nice if preload setting was activated if the form was
edited and the free text field was empty (i.e. if the setting is added after
several pages have already been created with the form).
