When there is a default destination file name (via wgDestFile/clicking on a red
link), it shouldn't be changed to the name of the file the user selects for
upload; this only results in botched uploads and is rather annoying.
There seems to be a function already to ensure this (toggleFilenameFiller in
upload.js) but it is never called.
