As a user, when the book is generated and I'm provided a download link, I want
to know how big the file is before clicking, so that I can make an informed
decision on how to handle the URL based on my platform.
Especially on Windows and other dumb platforms, it's entirely unpredictable
what will happen with a link to PDF od dozens or hundreds, for instance.
This may require some interaction with the writers (currently mostly
[[mw:OCG]]).
