Although the code which parses the collection pages matches the title of each
link[1], this text is ignored when the PDF is generated.
For example:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Book:Hadronic_Matter?action=edit&oldid=317119756
has
:[[Up quark|''u'' quark]]
but the PDF contains a section named "1.2 Up quark" instead of "1.2 ''u''
quark" (where I used '' to represent italic).
