I have a section "== {{tl|produceEncouragement}} ==". See [[zh:Template:Tl]].
After my edit, it sends me to "#.7B.7Btl.7CproduceEncouragement.7D.7D", but the
correct anchor is "#.7B.7BproduceEncouragement.7D.7D".
