We are bumping our head against the instance limit again. Chad had to find an
instance to kill so he could start migrating the cirrus servers to 14.04.
Current settings:
Cores: 110/120
RAM: 225280/262144
Floating IPs: 7/7
Instances: 43/43
Security Groups: 8/10
Maybe if we went up to 50 instances and 128 cores we would be good for a while?
