Go to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Database_download 2. Click link in last sentence: These dumps are available ''here''. 3. End up on http://dumps.wikimedia.org/other/incr/wikidatawiki/ ...but cs, de, fr, ru are all broken.
