Hi,
As of today I've had several times that a page is shown in Monobook instead of
Vector. When this happends I know for sure:
* I'm logged in
* The page has never been visited by me before
* The page has not been cached for more then 2 hours on the server (So far I've
seen it in a recent edit-diffview, a very fresh page creation, and a preview
when editing a page)
When mentioning it in #wikimedia-commons at least two other users confirmed to
be having the same issues.
I'm unsure as of this moment if the bug is limited to Commons and/or to the
Vector skin.
