If I'm viewing index.php?title=A&action=history, I expect that those variant
links are index.php?title=A&action=history&variant=xx-aa,
index.php?title=A&action=history&variant=xx-bb, but they are
index.php?title=A&variant=xx-aa, index.php?title=A&variant=xx-bb now.
&action=history is missing.
