You cannot block an IPv6 address block using short style, only a fully spelled
out. However you can block a specific IP (not an address block) using short
style.
Example:
- Blocking '2001:db8:1234:4321::/64' does not work
- Blocking '2001:db8:1234:4321:0:0:0:0/64' does work.
- Blocking '2001:db8:1234:4321::2 does works
