confirm dialog when "Skip..." is checked
As a logged in user at
http://commons.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:UploadWizard
correct behavior:
* Click Next at bottom of page
* Click link to "Main Page" or some other link from "Upload" tab
* Go to Main Page
incorrect behavior:
* Click "Skip this step in the future"
* Click Next
* Click link to "Main Page" or some other link from "Upload" tab
* Browser puts up a confirm dialog instead of taking user to destination
The change that causes this behavior was in the master branch as of 30 Sept
(but not 29 Sept)
