Intention:
I am trying to install Scribuntu in order to add the Citation module to my
website.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. running php -i | grep 'PCRE' shows that my hosting company is running
version 8.32
2. I downloaded the correct version of Scribuntu (for Mediawiki v1.23),
extracted it in the extensions folder. I added the require_once lines to the
LocalSettings file.
Actual Results:
Every page of my wiki turns into a blank white page
