Hello,
The Hebrew Wikinews was not written in [[meta:User:Nemo bis/Unused local
uploads]]. Although, on September 30, the right to upload files locally became
only for administrators.
Please return the previous mode, i.e. make uploading files locally possible for
any registered user.
