Since bug 72056 was fixed, mediawiki_api 0.3.0 reports HTTP failures, yay.
AFAICT, to bask in the nicer error reporting, someone has to:
cd extensions/SomeExtension/tests/browser
bundle update
git commit -m 'QA: Bundle update for latest mediawiki_api' Gemfile.lock
git review
