input field overlapping menu icon
As in the picture, there is a slight overlap. This overlap is also possible
with other elements like the displayed title, the overlap is most obvious with
the input because it is full width.
The menu and watchstar are absolutly positioned. We can increase the right
padding on .flow-topic-titlebar, essentially keeping all contents from
appearing below the star/menu. Alternatively we could add padding to just the
edit title form, allowing other forms displayed in the lower portion of the
titlebar to retain their current width(and uniform padding on right and left
sides).
