What's wrong with <https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Annual_Report>? You can
omit the "foundation" part if you'd like
(<https://wikimedia.org/wiki/Annual_Report>).

As long as there's a wiki version, it's difficult to complain too much. But
these micro-sites really are kind of insane and we really shouldn't encourage
the continued creation of them. We have a robust content management system
called MediaWiki. What's wrong with using MediaWiki?

If this is a skins issue, we should teach the people wanting a micro-site CSS
or we can figure out a way to do per-page skin settings, as we used to do
regularly with the Wikimedia Foundation fundraiser.

If this is a domain name issue, we're capable of using rewrite rules to remove
"/wiki/" in the URL or whatever. Though, broadly, the idea that a non-profit's
annual report needs a short and memorable URL is... uh.
