Missing logo
I installed MW 1.24alpha and Vector from git. I set up a new wiki and
configured Vector in the LocalSettings.php created by the wiki installer. When
viewing the new wiki, the logo does not appear as expected in the top left
corner. If I then edit LocalSettings.php and set $wgLogo and $wgFavicon to
files that are in the same directory as each other with the same appropriate
permissions/ownership, the favicon appears, but the logo still does not appear.

No other extensions are installed, and no modifications are made to the default
LocalSettings.php file except as described above.
