Hi i think ConfirmAccount Special Page should be redesgn and use the
mw-ui-button and use a desgn similer to centralauth
Special:GlobalRenameRequest. it uses the mw-ui element now and makes the page
look nice where as ConfirmAccount special page hasent been updated in a while.
