On Norwegian Bokmål Wikipedia most templates use classes from
https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Common.css rather than inline styling.
This means that not loading Common.css causes severe rendering issues in lots
of pages. See for instance the completely broken route map at
https://no.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/M1_(Københavns_metro)#Linjekart_og_takstsoner
Is there some other page we could move our CSS classes to, that will be loaded
on mobile as well? There are surely many classes that are not needed on mobile,
but also many that *are* needed.
