The mk-edu mailing list was created in support of an education program
attempted by Wikimedia Macedonia. The program is apparently discontinued, its
leader disengaged from activity, and the list has been dormant (and bespammed)
for long months now. I propose to disable/close it. (I am one of the list
admins.)
