werdna added a comment. … and now I can't reproduce it. It did say "You don't have permission to view this item. Only administrators do", or something similar, in a popup window, when I created T755. Unfortunately, it didn't happen when I created this bug, and it disappeared before I could capture a screenshot and I was redirected to my task.
