1- sourceforge.net offers Version 1.0.8.8, Wikimedia works with 1.0.8.4 (last
update 2009-06-24 06:41:50 UTC see Bug-ID 10967).
2- Using <source lang=sql>, I miss a lot of keywords. First of all, the
datatypes (integer, char, etc.) are not highlighted. The complete list is
