This works fine:
https://www.wikidata.org/w/api.php?action=query&meta=userinfo&uiprop=blockinfo|groups|rights&format=json
However, the same query via POST, signed with OAuth, results in:
Internal Server Error
Set $wgShowExceptionDetails = true; in LocalSettings.php to show detailed
debugging information.
This always worked fine, until around 2014-10-22. It appears to coincide with
the new, shiny API pages.
