IE11 test2 and betalabs
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open VE-> try to insert a link(via a shortcut or by clicking on the option)
- the box(class="oo-ui-window-isolated oo-ui-ltr" ) shows up and disappears
momentarily.
2. Editing links - presents the same problem
Debugger complains about load.php "Unable to get property 'from' of undefined
or null reference' rangeSelection is undefined.
