Under "Advanced settings" in the Page options menu, there are two items:
"Let this page be indexed by search engines"
and
"Show a tab on this page to add a new section"
that should never be changed for Wikipedia articles. (This will differ for
other projects; both of these might be appropriate at Meta, for example.)
Could these options be hidden at projects where they should not be used?
