It would be nice if the VisualEditor dialogs were able to escape
(percent-encode) URLs as this one in a way that makes them work in wikitext.
Currently it fails to do so both when changing an existing URL
https://it.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=PAGEPress_Publications&diff=68792069&oldid=68792024
and when adding it from scratch. I had to manually use urlencode: as usual in
wikitext.
