Hi, I am mayurkumar from hindi wikipedia.Like other wiki we donot have some
user group enabled on our project like confirmed user, roll backers, reveiver
,patroller.In absense of these user group we may have to promote to any
qualified user as admins for any sort of work that may be performed by these
user groups.Please Give administrator the priviledge of adding and removing
these groups.I am repesenting my community. I have obtained community consensus
because our whole community is seeking for these groups to be enabled so that
may good user may be promoted to corresponding category.I have given our
community consensus in the above url, wathch it in section "Enable Some User
Groups and granting admins(syopp) to give this priveledge to user"
